Am not a big fish fan..but while in OR this summer I tried fish in all different ways. I really enjoyed fish tacos, so I made them for dinner! The recipe had salt and just a little to much but they turned out good. Mark was both please and surprised!!

Today was a rainy day...so the kids and I ran down to the library got some fun books (after being trapped in the library during the down pour) Then we got home to watch Fraggle Rock!!

Sunday July 25.....

Jen Jen ( 8 month pregnant) and Ryan came down from Phx to the party and stayed the night! We had such a great time with them having next morning just hanging out. Mark made a great breakfast!

Today I turned 40....Mary and Chris threw me a party and Mark got a DJ...We had A LOT of fun celebrating it! who knew you could have SO much fro turning 40!!!

Went and hung out at the Cove with the Zumba Crew and our kids! We had a good time together but to MANY kids...NO more paying to swim!! LOL

Today was a SUPER FUN filled day!

1: I had my Mammogram for my up coming 40th bday.

2: Went to dinner with some friends for Staci's bday.

3: Then we all went over to see eclipse the twilight saga!

Mark got called out to work Sat about 5:00 this picture was taken at 5:30 Sunday night....He worked the WHOLE time...Sat down to take off his boots and went to sleep! LOL

Today I hung out with my friend Staci by the pool. It was great! Staci and I work together at school and we are each others support!We laugh A LOT together!!! I look forward to spending more time before school starts ( best part of working at the school is seeing Staci)

Had a WONDERFUL lunch date today at the Cheesecake Factory! I meet up with Stacie Riggs ( Mark's cousin Bryan married Stacie this past April) It was the 1st time that I had eaten there , really enjoyed it. Had a great time getting to spend sometime with Stacie and getting to know her. I truly had a wonderful time and look forward to being able to spend sometime with her! THANKS STACIE!!

So this morning I got to stay at the gym for 2 different classes. I took Zumba and then did Group Power. I SOOOOO can feel it tonight! LOL But it was a lot of fun!

While today Mark and I picked out the new paint color for the house....am not happy about having to paint the house. I guess it is normal to paint your house with in 5 years of building. ( I don't like it) So we have out color and should be start with in the next week! Hmmmmmm

Spend the day with a Mark, Barry and John H. Both Mary and Brittany had to work. It was a nice quiet day. I feel blessed to have m freedom due to the men and women who have and are serving in the Armed Forces.

Friday July 2

Flew out of Eugene in the early afternoon, parents picked us up from the airport and straight to a Dbacks game! Were the Dbacks beat the LA Dodgers 14 to 5 ! It was fun but I was beat by the end of the evening!!

Thursday July 1

Got up to the weather a little bit cooler...Headed out to hike up and over to a light house then to the beach...the kids just loved beginning with Danny and Sarah..saw so many different plants, flowers and animals! To end our day it started to rain as we walked along the beach. I felt it was a prefect way to end a wonderful family vacation in OR. Seeing all the things that God has put his hand on! Not only the trees and and animals around us but the people who he brings into our lives! I loved beginning able to share this with my husband but seeing my children explore and try new things was WONDERFUL and I feel BLESSED to have this!

Wednesday June 30

Drove down the coast with Danny and Sarah to go hiking and hang out. Went to some tide pools and watched the sun set over the ocean. It was a great memories for the kids!!

Went Water Rafting down the Mackenzie River.

It was A LOT of fun. It was the 1st day that it was a little cloudy but NO rain!! Water was cold but that did not stop Austin from getting into the water!

Took a slowwwww day. Went to some gardens around Eugene and walked along the river. Resting up for a busy week!!

Got up early and headed to the coast for the day. We went to Newport OR and went to the Aquarium. Learned all about sea life in the Oregon coast and had the BEST sea food. Drove down the coast stopping along the way to see the different beach. Had a wonderful time while heading back to Eugene.
